Habit 5 - Seek First to Understand Then to be Understood
Habit 5, “Seek First to Understand Then to be Understood”. Habit 5 helps me to listen to others before I open my mouth to speak. I raise my hand when I want to be called on in class. I also try to understand others views and feelings even if they are different than mine. Obviously, Habit 5 has helped me become more patient in my daily lives.
